Ελεύθεροι οι συλληφθέντες σε Γαλάτσι και Νέο Ηράκλειο

Ελεύθεροι οι συλληφθέντες κατά τη διάρκεια της χθεσινής αντιφασιστικής συγκέντρωσης στο Γαλάτσι. Πρόκειται για 13 άτομα τα οποία οδηγήθηκαν σήμερα στα δικαστήρια και σε βάρος τους ασκήθηκε ποινική δίωξη σε βαθμό πλημμελήματος. Επίσης ελεύθεροι είναι και οι εννέα συλληφθέντες από τη συγκέντρωση υποστηρικτών της Χρυσής Αυγής στο Νέο Ηράκλειο.
Ειδικότερα, σε βάρος των 13 συλληφθέντων της χθεσινής αντιφασιστικής συγκέντρωσης στο Γαλάτσι ο εισαγγελέας άσκησε ποινική δίωξη για τα εξής πλημμελήματα: Βία κατά υπαλλήλων, πρόκληση επικίνδυνης σωματικής βλάβης, απείθεια, διατάραξη κοινής ειρήνης, στάση, παράνομη οπλοφορία, άρνηση δακτυλοσκόπησης και παραβίαση μέτρων πρόληψης μετάδοσης ασθενειών.
Στη συνέχεια οι κατηγορούμενοι οδηγήθηκαν στο αυτόφωρο δικαστήριο για να δικαστούν αλλά η δίκη τους αναβλήθηκε για τις 13 Νοεμβρίου καθώς δεν είχαν προσέλθει κρίσιμοι μάρτυρες, ενώ οι συνήγοροι υπεράσπισης ανέφεραν ότι κάποιοι εκ των κατηγορουμένων έφεραν τραύματα από τα χθεσινά επεισόδια.
Νωρίτερα, σε βάρος των 9 συλληφθέντων από τη συγκέντρωση υποστηρικτών της Χρυσής Αυγής στο Νέο Ηράκλειο ασκήθηκε δίωξη για απείθεια και παραβίαση μέτρων πρόληψης μετάδοσης ασθενειών. Και για τους συγκεκριμένους κατηγορούμενους ορίστηκε ρητή δικάσιμος.
