Κρήτη: Ελεύθεροι αφέθηκαν δύο άνδρες που είχαν συλληφθεί για ναρκωτικά

Ελεύθεροι με όρους αφέθηκαν οι δύο άνδρες που συνελήφθησαν την περασμένη Κυριακή (30/01) καθώς εντοπίστηκαν να μεταφέρουν με αυτοκίνητο πάνω από 2 κιλά χασίς.
Σύμφωνα με το cretapost, ο 53χρονος Έλληνας και ο 47χρονος Αλβανός οδηγήθηκαν χθες Τρίτη (01/02) – μετά από προθεσμία που είχαν ζητήσει – ενώπιον του ανακριτή για να απολογηθούν.
Ελεύθεροι υπό όρους
Μετά την απολογία τους και οι δύο αφέθηκαν ελεύθεροι με τους όρους της απαγόρευσης από τη χώρα και της δήλωσης παρουσίας ανά μήνα στο αστυνομικό τμήμα της περιοχής τους.
Το ιστορικό της σύλληψης
Υπενθυμίζεται ότι την Κυριακή (30/01) αστυνομικοί του Τμήματος Δίωξης Ναρκωτικών Ηρακλείου, σταμάτησαν για έλεγχο δύο αυτοκίνητα για έλεγχο το οποίο οδηγούσαν ο 53χρονος και ο 47χρονος.
Κατά τις έρευνες οι αστυνομικοί βρήκαν στο αμάξι του 53χρονου συσκευασίες που περιείχαν πάνω από δύο κιλά χασίς τα οποία όπως διαπιστώθηκε τα είχαν παραλάβει από το Πέραμα και τα πήγαιναν, πιθανότατα, στο Ηράκλειο.
Μάλιστα, όπως φάνηκε από την προανάκριση ο 53χρονος μετέφερε τα ναρκωτικά μετά από εντολή του 47χρονου ο οποίος βρισκόταν στο δεύτερο όχημα.
Οι αρχές συνέλαβαν και τους δύο ενώ κατάσχεσαν την μεγάλη ποσότητα χασίς και τα δύο οχήματα.
