Πιερία: Έφτασαν στον ανακριτή οι «Θεσμοφύλακες του Συντάγματος» – Τους περίμεναν έξω από το δικαστήριο οι οπαδοί τους (βίντεο)

Πέρασαν το μεσημέρι του Σαββάτου (11/12) το κατώφλι του Δικαστικού Μεγάρου Κατερίνης ώστε να απολογηθούν ενώπιον του ανακριτή οι 11 συλληφθέντες που κατηγορούνται ότι πέρασαν χειροπέδες στον διευθυντή του γυμνασίου στην Πιερία, τον έβαλαν σε αυτοκίνητο και τον οδήγησαν στο Α.Τ της περιοχής.
Σε βάρος τους σχηματίστηκε δικογραφία για αρπαγή από κοινού, βία κατά υπαλλήλων, διατάραξη λειτουργίας Υπηρεσίας, παραβίαση μέτρων για πρόληψη ασθενειών, απειλή, συκοφαντική δυσφήμιση, απλή σωματική βλάβη και παραβίαση της νομοθεσίας περί προσωπικών δεδομένων. Εν όψει της μεταγωγής τους στα Δικαστήρια της Κατερίνης, στη συντριπτική τους πλειοψηφία αρνήθηκαν να υποβληθούν στον προβλεπόμενο έλεγχο για κορωνοϊό και για αυτό το λόγο σχηματίστηκε ξεχωριστή δικογραφία.
«Οι θεματοφύλακες δεν έχουν σχέση με την απόφαση των γονέων να αρπάξουν τον διευθυντή» λένε οι υποστηρικτές τους που βρέθηκαν έξω από τα δικαστήρια σε ένδειξη συμπαράστασης, σύμφωνα με το thestival.gr.
Σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες αναμένεται να ζητήσουν προθεσμία για να απολογηθούν την Τρίτη.
