Βαρουφάκης: Η ΕΥΠ παρακολουθούσε την κυβέρνηση ΣΥΡΙΖΑ (Βίντεο)

Στην καταγγελία ότι η ΕΥΠ παρακολουθούσε την κυβέρνηση ΣΥΡΙΖΑ προχώρησε από το βήμα της Βουλής ο επικεφαλής του ΜέΡΑ 25 Γιάνης Βαρουφάκης, κατά τη συζήτηση του νομοσχεδίου για το επιτελικό κράτος.
Ο Γιάνης Βαρουφάκης χαρακτήρισε υποκριτική την στάση του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ για την διάρθρωση της ΕΥΠ. «Μη μιλάτε για την ΕΥΠ», συνέχισε και κατηγόρησε τον κ. Ρουμπάτη ότι παρενέβαινε στο έργο της τότε κυβέρνησης και τον κ. Δραγασάκη ότι ως αντιπρόεδρος το 2015 είχε σχηματίσει «παράλληλη κυβέρνηση». Όπως χαρακτηριτσικά είπε: «Μη μιλάτε για την ΕΥΠ. Ο κ. Τσίπρας αναφέρθηκε στην περίοδο του κ. Ρουμπάτη σαν να ήταν η χρυσή περίοδος. Δεν ήταν όμως. Προσωπικά έχω γνώση ότι λειτουργούσε εις βάρος ακόμα και της κυβέρνησής μας. Ας έρθει να με μηνύσει για όσα έγραψα στο βιβλίο για τον κ. Ρουμπάτη. Είχατε 4 χρόνια για να βάλετε την ΕΥΠ στην θέση της. Να βάλετε το ΣΔΟΕ σε λειτουργία και στην θέση του τον κ. Λάτση».
Και συνέχισε:«Μην ξαναμιλήσετε για το ΣΔΟΕ εσείς τον καταργήσατε με εντολή της τρόικας», είπε στο τέλος της ομιλίας του απευθυνόμενος στους βουλευτές του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ.


Παράλληλα εξέφρασε την κατηγορηματική αντίθεση του κόμματός του στην φιλοσοφία του νομοσχεδίου για το επιτελικό κράτος εξέφρασε από το βήμα της Βουλής, ο επικεφαλής του ΜέΡΑ 25, Γιάνης Βαρουφάκης.
«Ο κ. Μητσοτάκης θα ήθελε να έχει καταγραφεί στη συνείδηση του ελληνικού λαού σαν μεταρρυθμιστής αλλά διαβάζοντας το νομοσχέδιο νομίζω ότι συμπεριφέρεται ως νεαρός Άγιος Αυγουστίνος που προσευχόταν θερμά στον Θεό λέγοντας «κάνε με αγνό αλλά όχι ακόμη», ανέφερε χαρακτηριστικά ο κ. Βαρουφάκης και συνέχισε: «Βλέπουμε μια σειρά από συνηθισμένες πρακτικές. Νομοσχέδια που ενώ αφορούν ζωτικά ζητήματα είναι αποσπασματικά ή να χρησιμοποιούνται κατεπείγουσες διαδικασίες για επείγουσες ανάγκες αλλά μόνο αυτές δεν εξυπηρετούνται».
«Πίσω από το νομοσχέδιο για το επιτελικό κράτος υπάρχει μια φιλοσοφία. Δεν είναι δική σας, την έχετε δανειστεί από το αγγλοσαξωνικό μοντέλο ίσως. Διαχωρίζετε τις πολιτικές αποφάσεις από την εκτέλεσή τους εκχωρώντας την εκτέλεση σε τεχνοκράτες», είπε ο κ. Βαρουφάκης και τόνισε: «Απορρίπτουμε τη φιλοσοφία του νομοσχεδίου για τον εξής λόγο. Στη μηχανολογία όταν πρόκειται να κτίσεις μια γέφυρα την αναθέτεις σε ένα τεχνοκράτη. Μια δημοκρατικά κατασκευασμένη γέφυρα θα καταρρεύσει. Όταν πρόκειται για δημόσια διοίκηση δεν υπάρχει απολίτικη τεχνοκρατική λύση. Η πλάνη της διάκρισης μεταξύ πολιτικού σκοπού και τεχνοκρατικού μέσου βρίσκεται στη βάση του νεοφιλελευθερισμού. Η προσποίηση ότι πολιτικές αποφάσεις μπορούν να γίνουν με απολίτικο τρόπο οδηγεί σε επιλογές πολιτικά ανεπαρκείς, ταξικές και τοξικές. Κάθε φορά που επιβάλλεται το νεοφιλελεύθερο δόγμα του διαχωρισμού πολιτικών σκοπών και τεχνοκρατικών μέσων είναι πάντοτε τεχνικά ανεπαρκείς».
Συνεχίζοντας ο κ. Βαρουφάκης υποστήριξε ότι οι επιλογές αυτές οδηγούν σε ένα μεγαλύτερο, λιγότερο λειτουργικό και αυταρχικό κράτος στο όνομα ενός μικρού επιτελικού κράτους.
-«Ισχύει το ακριβώς αντίθετο. Προσπαθούμε να συρρικνώσουμε το κράτος, μεταφέροντας αρμοδιότητες από το επίπεδο της πολιτικής διοίκησης στην υπηρεσιακή διοίκηση», είπε παρεμβαίνοντας ο υπουργός Επικρατείας Γεώργιος Γεραπετρίτης.
-«Νομίζω ότι αυτή είναι πρόθεσή σας. Όμως θα νοιώσετε πολύ μόνος σε αυτή την κυβέρνηση όπως και εγώ ένοιωσα μοναξιά σε μια άλλη κυβέρνηση», απάντησε ο κ. Βαρουφάκης. «Άλλο ο συντονισμός και άλλο η διόγκωση της εξουσίας του πρωθυπουργού», ανέφερε ο κ. Βαρουφάκης ενώ αναφερόμενος στο θέμα της αξιολόγησης είπε ότι όλοι, οι δημόσιοι υπάλληλοι, οι καθηγητές πανεπιστημίου, οι δάσκαλοι, θέλουμε να αξιολογούμαστε αλλά το ερώτημα είναι πως θα γίνει», είπε ο επικεφαλής του ΜέΡΑ 25 και πρόσθεσε: «Καταδικάζουμε την ιδέα μιας απολίτικης αξιολόγησης. Προτείνουμε ενδυνάμωση θεσμών και μορφών κοινωνικού ελέγχου που να στηρίζονται σε επιτροπές κρίσης από κληρωτούς δημοσίους υπαλλήλους και κληρωτούς πολίτες».
Κατηγόρησε τέλος την ηγεσία της ΝΔ ότι «κτίζει μια νέα παρασιτική ολιγαρχία στο τέταρτο μνημόνιο που οικοδόμησε ο ΣΥΡΙΖΑ και πρόσθεσε ότι το να απελευθερωθεί η ΝΔ από αυτό είναι το ίδιο αδύνατο με το να απελευθερωθούν τα ψάρια από το νερό».
